Aviation Company Places The Blame Elsewhere In DJ AM Plane Crash

Even though DJ AM‘s estate settled their suit against Global Exec Aviation this past winter, the plane operation company responsible for the crash that injured AM and Travis Barker and killed four others, has slapped a suit against the plane’s manufacturers.

Global Exec Aviation and ITAS Inc. are seeking more than $1 million from Learjet and Bombardier, stating in the legal docs that the aircraft had “unreasonably dangerous defects” before the horrendous crash.
