It’s almost time for Bachelor In Paradise!
We’re just two weeks away from saying goodbye to Bachelorette Hannah Brown and hello to fun in the sun with some of Bachelor Nation’s franchise favorites in the upcoming sixth season of ABC‘s hit summer reality TV series.
Because Mexico plus drinks plus hot people looking for love equals great TV, right? RIGHT!

The thirty-second trailer begins with outspoken Bachelor alum Demi Burnett declaring she’s “more than ready” for whatever shenanigans will unfold on the beach in Puerto Vallarta.
The promo then shows a montage of some of the most dramatic moments from the upcoming episodes, featuring previous contestants John Paul Jones from the current season of The Bachelorette, Tayshia Adams and Hannah Godwin from Colton Underwood’s season of The Bachelor, and Wills Reid from Becca Kufrin‘s season.
Former BIP star Derek Peth is also returning to the cast, which is a bit of a surprise considering his last stint on the show ended in an engagement to Taylor Nolan in season four.
Sadly, the pair officially broke things off in June 2018, less than a year later after getting together. Judging by Derek’s social media though, the 32-year-old has been single ever since.
So maybe he’ll strike gold and find love once again? Or will he leave Paradise with even more heartbreak? Who knows!
However, it looks like Blake Hortsmann — who was previously a frontrunner for Kufrin’s final rose — will be at the center of the juiciest drama, though! The 28-year-old finds himself in hot water after supposedly making out with both Godwin AND Adams.
Oops!
Although, if we’re being honest here, spreading yourself around and exploring your options is kind of the whole point of the show…
Oh, just one more thing! We will ALSO see a new addition to contestant Dean Unglert‘s face.
We couldn’t NOT mention the retro ‘stache he’s currently sporting! Is he hoping to film a 1970s cop show while he’s there??

Considering all the explosive, cheating drama from last season between former contestants Jordan Kimball and Jenna Cooper, we’re definitely excited to see if this season can up the ante when the show returns to ABC on August 5.
