Becca Kufrin is ready to find love again.
In fact, the new Bachelorette has already put her heartbreak behind her — but it wasn’t an easy task.
In case you SOMEHOW missed the explosive Bachelor season 22 finale, Arie Luyendyk Jr. proposed to the Minnesota based publicist, only to turn around and dump her for runner-up Lauren Burnham.

To make matters worse, Luyendyk Jr.’s cringeworthy dumping of Kufrin took place in front of a CAMERA CREW. On Thursday, Becca’s chat with Good Morning America aired, where she addressed confronting Arie on the After the Final Rose special and dished about what’s to come for her love life.
On why she agreed to sit down with the race car driver turned real estate agent, the 27-year-old explained:
“Just to get closure, to move on. I asked what I wanted to ask. And just to wish him the best and let him know that I forgive him for everything. He followed his heart and I understand that…
I hope, after everything, that he just holds [Lauren’s] heart in the highest regard. And takes everything in the situation aside and just focuses on her and that relationship and puts it all out there for her … I don’t want to say everything happens for a reason, but I truly think it does.”
Well said.
Thankfully, the brunette stunner has “bigger and better things” to look forward to now that she’s sans the grey haired fuckboy.
On her upcoming Bachelorette stint, which premieres May 28, Becca shared:
“[I have] so much hope for what’s to come. My heart is in the right place, I know what I want. I’m ready for it. I’m ready for it. I’ve been in love in the past. I was in love with Arie. I know I’ll find it again.”
YES. YOU. WILL. GIRL.
It probably helps that Becca has all of Bachelor nation in her corner. Not to mention, even politicians are standing by Becca, as Minnesota Representative Drew Christensen authored a bill banning Arie from the state. LOLz!
We’re happy Kufrin is moving forward with her life, especially since Luyendyk Jr. revealed the break up with Becca would’ve happened “regardless.” He told Entertainment Tonight:
“For me, I had one foot in that relationship the entire time, and that wasn’t fair to Becca. I feel like breaking off that relationship was the right thing to do, despite if Lauren would have taken me back. It would have happened regardless.”
Ugh. He just sucks, right?
