As of now, there is only one suspect in the horrific slaying of Jennifer Hudson‘s mother, brother and 7-year-old nephew.
William Balfour, married to Hudson’s sister, Julia, is being held by police in Chicago but he may be paroled on Monday if he is not charged with the murders.
However, the Chicago Tribune is reporting that Balfour’s current girlfriend told police that he told her he had been involved in the killings of Hudson’s mother and brother.
Law enforcement sources also say that Balfour acknowledged being at the Hudson’s home on the morning that the actress’ mother and her brother were gunned down inside the house.
Hopefully justice will be served!
