Bam Margera is a well known prankster, but also an animal lover.
That’s why he was quick to apologize after he found himself in a shit storm of critics after putting a gun to a puppy’s head!
As we previously mentioned, Bam posted a pic of him holding a fake gun (that looked real) to his pitbull puppy’s head because she pooped on his bed.
He said:
“A friend brought over a fake gun for me. [├óΓé¼┬ª] I started playing with the gun and taking pics. Well, Penny pooped in my bed, [and] I said, ‘If it happens again, she goes bye-byes!'”
What he didn’t know is that the Philadelphia Inquirer had just written an article about people burning dogs in cages.
He said:
“That is terrible and I didn’t know that. If I did, I never would have posted it. I am an animal lover and on Jackass, therefore I like jokes and shock value. It was bad timing on me. And I should have said the gun was fake.”
For those still upset, you’ll be glad to know the puppy is staying with a friend of his for ten days while Bam is away on business.
He continued:
“We’ll see how that goes. [My friend] will get attached and try to keep it.”
We’re really glad that Bam apologized so quickly.
