Ouch!
Danny Masterson of That 70’s Show has gotten himself into a pickle. We’ve just learned his Nevada based limited liability company filed for bankruptcy last month. It seems the company is being sued by the TomatoBank for $2.9 million. Danny had taken a loan out for $3.2 million from the lender but has yet to pay the full amount back.
Don’t borrow what you can’t pay for!
Danny’s lawyer says that there is a “legitimate dispute” against the claim and that nothing is Danny’s fault. He also insists that the matter will be straightened out soon and that the condos Danny’s company intends to build will still see the light of day.
Maybe you should have stuck to acting, bb! At least you were moderately good at that.
