Remember during the first debate when Mittens said:
“I’m sorry, Jim. I’m going to stop the subsidy to PBS. I’m going to stop other things. I like PBS, I love Big Bird. … But I’m not going to — I’m not going to keep on spending money on things to borrow money from China to pay for. That’s number one.”
Of course you do, it was an affront to our childhoods!
Amidst huge national crises including economic woes, inadequate and unequal rights, and more foreign policy drama than a baby mama, this gag may seem kind of silly but Sesame Street is instrumental in educating the youth of our nation!!
We would hate to see it disappear!!
