Someone break out the treats!
On Tuesday, it was revealed that a two-year-old dog named Bear played a major role in the take down of former Subway spokesperson Jared Fogle.
What the what?!
Apparently, the labrador is one of five dogs trained to smell electronic data devices upon command. Whoa!
We thought we were impressed with a puppy being able to play dead. LOLz!

In fact, Bear’s assistance played a key role in Jared’s arrest. It’s said the canine detected a thumb drive that authorities were unable to locate during the scandalized pitchman’s FBI raid on his home back in July.
Steven DeBrota from the U.S. Attorney’s office in Indianapolis, explained:
“I thought I was being punked, but it does work. [ He’s ] key part of the team.”
AH-Mazing! Talk about being a pet for the digital age.
Since Fogle’s child pornography scandal broke, he’s been charged with soliciting sexual acts from minors, dropped by Subway, and his wife Katie has filed for divorce.
We’ll be shocked to see if the weight loss advocate will ever be able dig himself out this mess — and it’s all thanks to one pup.
