It’s been a tough year for the Beastie Boys, considering Adam “MCA” Yauch was diagnosed with salivary gland cancer, so the Beasties had to push back the release of The Hot Sauce Committee, Pt. 1 and cancel their summer tour.
But the Beastie Boys refuse to let their loyal fans down!
The group have digitally re-released their 1998 album Hello Nasty, with loads of extras attached, including 21 bonus tracks of “rarities and skits” from the Beasties!
If you’re patient enough to wait until October 30th, the physical re-release of the album will include a limited edition 4-album vinyl release (only 1,500 copies total) that includes the digital download as well as an “8 panel gatefold package, lenticular cover, and hardcover ├óΓé¼╦£coffee table book├óΓé¼Γäó case.”
The limited edition vinyl runs a little $$$$$$ ($98.98), but we think it may be worth it!
Collector’s item for sure!
