Looks like Stella McCartney got the OK from the court to use NUDE for her fragrance.
You may recall that back in August, Bono‘s wife company, Nude Brands, tried to stop her from using the word after claiming they had a trademark on the word.
Since then, the designer has been working hard on her new debut fragrance STELLANUDE and has enlisted the help of Pretenders’ front woman Chrissie Hynde to be the voice for the ad’s TV spot.
