Buckle up! The Cannes Film Festival has begun!
Bella Hadid and Elle Fanning were among the first spotted in the French city Wednesday.

They looked cute in summer-y outfits, with the supermodel in a white mini skirt and matching crop top and the actress in a blue-and-black print high-neck dress worn with white platform heels.
Bells was also spotted alongside Hailey Baldwin who looked chic in a white shirt dress.
We’re just dying to see them in their finery at one of the movie premieres later tonight or this week. It’s gonna be AH-Mazing!
