Bella Hadid Reportedly Makes Peace With Selena Gomez After Instagram Drama!

Apparently, all is good between Selena Gomez and Bella Hadid because the recent drama was just a big misunderstanding!

In case you need to get caught up, Miz Gomez followed the model on Instagram (but didn’t get a follow back as of yet), and left a comment on a photo as an added show of good faith. Unfortunately, the pic was later deleted altogether, prompting the Lose You To Love Me singer to sound off to a fan account.

Sources close to the supermodel shared with TMZ that Gigi Hadid‘s little sis went out of her way to reach out to the songstress over the weekend and squash any potential beef as she recognized things got blown WAY out of proportion over the last few days.

Miz Hadid claims she deleted the pic because she didn’t like it, and it had nothing to do with the “stunning” comment left by the Disney Channel alum. Additionally, she clarified there were zero hard feelings about their mutual ex, The Weeknd, which is what prompted the initial IG unfollow back in 2017.

This report comes after Selly left two comments on a fan Insta account regarding the brewing drama. The first came after she caught wind of the removed image, writing:

“That sucks ?

Once a frenzy of fans began getting worked up after the 27-year-old’s initial reaction, she later clarified her response, commenting:

“NO. I shouldn’t of spoken without knowing the truth. I’m sorry. Please don’t be hurtful. She is a wonderful person and it was all a misunderstanding.”

We hope this is the last we hear of this!

As we previously reported, Justin Bieber‘s ex is among celebs who have recently opened up about the negative effects social media has had on their mental health. She shared:

“I want people to have a good relationship with social media. It’s not going anywhere anytime soon. But knowing that real world’s in front of you and trying to pay attention to that is healthy. When I make an effort to post on social media or do what I’m doing, it’s important for me to make sure it’s 100 percent authentic and once I post it, I post it. That’s it.”

Gomez added (below):

“…I see so many beautiful girls and amazing different characters and then they’re just demolished by an image that they’re trying to chase. Their wanting to be a completely different person but that’s not what’s inside of them, you know? But I get it. I look at other people’s pages—or I used to—and I’m like, okay, I need to fix myself.”

Hopefully, the 27-year-old isn’t holding her breath for a follow from Bella!
