Hormones are changing, body parts are developing — the latter is what Bella Thorne was excited about!
Everyone develops a little differently and even take longer than others, but the 17-year-old was so relieved when her boobs came in!

The Duff actress opened up to Teen Vogue about that particular body part and how anxious she was for them to develop!
She said:
“I’ve always been flat-chested. It is only this year, at 17, that I started to develop boobs. I mean, finally!”
LOLz!
The teen star went on to tell a HIGHlarious story that happened to her pre-boobs. She dished:
“I was working on a film, and they wanted me to look older. The wardrobe person was like, ‘Put padding in your bra.’ I’m walking on set. The director picked something off the ground and├óΓé¼ΓÇ¥in front of everyone├óΓé¼ΓÇ¥he goes, ‘I think this fell out.’ I was mortified. It was literally a pad from my bra.”
ZOMG! Poor thing!
At least she can go back to that moment and just laugh it off! It certainly makes for a good story!
