The most recent superhero blockbuster Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice hasn’t exactly been the success that Warner Brothers hoped it would be, but that might not stop a certain vigilante from getting his own spin-off!
Despite an incredible box office take, not only has the cast and the director Zack Snyder had to defend the film, but some fans have even started a petition to get Snyder removed from helming The Justice League: Part One.

Well, if you hated the movie but enjoyed Ben Affleck‘s debut as Batman, then we’ve got some great news — because it sounds like he’s itching to make his very own solo Batman flick!
In a recent interview with Hollywood Reporter, WME-IMG‘s co-CEOs Ari Emanuel and Patrick Whitesell revealed exactly how many more times Ben is contracted to appear as The Dark Knight, saying:
“He’s contracted to do at least Justice League One and Two, so at least three times wearing the cape. [However,] there’s a script that he’s written that is a really cool idea, so that’s out there as an option.”
This helps fuel the rumors that started last summer during San Diego Comic-Con that Affleck was developing a franchise with DC Entertainment chief creative officer Geoff Johns with a possibility for the actor to direct as well!
While we wait for Batfleck’s solo outing as the caped crusader, you can see him donning the cowl next in a cameo he has in Suicide Squad, opening August 5!
Do you want to see Ben in his own Batman movie??
