Bethenny Frankel learned the hard (and bloody) way of what can happen when you test out a new skin care product!
The Real Housewives of New York City alum took to social media on Thursday night to post videos of her face bleeding after slicing her jaw open! And this isn’t a little cut, either! There’s a good amount of blood in the clips — so warning! With a towel pressed to her face, Bethenny explained that she purchased a beauty tool from Nurse Jamie for facial contouring that “someone on here was promoting.” She added:
“These balls, they’re supposed to contour your face — I grind my teeth and my jaw is pronounced and it hurts, so it would give some relief and I saw red in there and I thought it was my skin. They’re glass and I was slicing …”

Bethenny showed off the tools, one of which featured a huge chip on the glass tube. It is unknown if the glass came already chipped or if she chipped it during use. Either way, this is NOT good! In a panic, the Bravo personality questioned how to make the bleeding stop before later pulling out a “skin repair” product. She also offered a warning to her followers, saying:
“Please, do not believe every person who promotes something. This is so scary, I was going to go down my neck — I could have sliced my jugular, I’m freaking out!”
