Although Bethenny Frankel claimed to have been stranded at sea for over twenty hours last month after the GPS on the boat taking them from Block Island to Nantucket broke, the man who rescued them, Tim Russell, recently came forward to deny that they were in any real danger, and also shoot down reports that she gave him a $2,800 tip for his service!
However, the former Real Housewives of New York star is sticking to her guns, and maintains that she, her husband, her therapist, and her Bravo film crew were all in serious danger!
She reveals:
‘Fiction? For some reason the craziest things just happen to happen to me. Not many people have an iguana poop in their suite on their honeymoon or their baby nurse attempt to baptize their child. I wish that boat trip were fiction rather than the nightmare it actually was. My truth is stranger than fiction.’
