Oh yeah, and her mom Beyonce was there too. You may have heard of her.
Anyway, B & B spent a lovely spring day out in New York, where they took in the sights of the concrete jungle where dreams are made.
Bey was escorted by her security guard, of course, but that didn’t stop her from flashing a smile to the paparazzi.
It just absolutely delights us to see little B.I.C. We want to see more though!
