Justin Bieber is making a difference by teaming up with Pencils of Promise’s new online initiative, Schools 4 All, which helps under-privileged kids who don’t have access to education.
The way the campaign works is students from different schools will raise money for the cause, and whichever school raises the most will receive a special visit from Bieber.
