A Judge Rules Janice Dickinson Can't Depose Bill Cosby -- For Now!

The wins just keep coming for Bill Cosby.
On Wednesday, a judge ruled that Janice Dickinson can’t depose the 78-year-old in her defamation case… at least, not yet!
For those of you who might not remember, the model filed a lawsuit against the scandalized star last year, after the comedian accused the 60-year-old of fabricating her claims that he drugged and sexually assaulted her.

Back in November, a judge decided that the actor had to give a deposition in the case. But now, the new ruling is delaying the questioning.
The court said that the New York native doesn’t have the right to interview her alleged attacker under oath until AFTER he has the chance to argue why it should be thrown out.
Hmmmm.
Is it just us, or does this sound pretty familiar to the recent ruling that delayed his wife’s testimony in another defamation case?
What do U think of this decision, Perezcious readers?
