Bill Maher is at it again.
At the 4:20 mark in the video (above), Maher — who is interviewing Texas congressman Will Hurd — drops a “Popeye’s Chicken” reference while the pair are discussing Hurd’s career in the CIA.

The audience doesn’t really catch it at the time, but afterwards online, Twitter users started calling Bill out for the comment, going after him well into this morning (below):
