On Wednesday, Page Six reported that the Rilo Kiley singer was the Rock the Kasbah star’s new “special friend” and “current love interest,” which sent people in a frenzy that the two are Hollywood’s new hottest couple.

Alas, sources confirm that’s just not true:
“It’s not true. They’re just friends.”
Another friend added that the comedian and musician have a completely platonic relationship:
“[They] never travel romantically with each other.”
