Billy Ray Cyrus Breaks The Law!

We’re not surprised to see a Cyrus assume they’re above the law.

On Wednesday, Slutty Cyrus’ dad, Billy Bob Ray, was snapped cruising around in the LA-area on his motorcycle without a helmet.

It’s illegal in California to operate a motorized bike without a helmet.

We’re looking forward to his lame excuse.

P.S. The Cyrus have also been photographed driving without their seatbelts one.
