Natural Preservative Eliminates Risk Of Meat's E. Coli And Salmonella Contamination

Science has done it again!

Researchers have discovered that bisin, a compound produced by harmless bacteria, kills harmful bacteria like salmonella and E. coli WITHOUT apparent health risks, unlike many other preservatives.

Not only will the bacteria’s application to meat and dairy products reduce the risk of E. coli and salmonella contamination almost to 0%, but will extend shelf life of those products for up to three years!

Can you imagine eating 3-year-old chicken or beef? It sounds almost too good to be true, but we wish the researchers the best as they continue to investigate this miracle preservative.
