The battle between Blac Chyna and Rob Kardashian wages on!
As we’ve been reporting, Chyna is suing her ex, Kris Jenner, Kim Kardashian West, Kylie Jenner, and Khloé Kardashian. Dream Kardashian’s momma claims the family caused her short-lived reality series Rob & Chyna to be canceled and accuses the famous fam of defaming her in the press, costing her millions in damages.

Per court documents obtained by The Blast, the 31-year-old is back in court and fighting attempts made by her ex to subpoena her bank records. She claims the famous fam has tried getting their hands on her “personal and corporate bank statements, wire transfer records, customer correspondence files, cashier’s checks, and money orders, open and closed bank credit cards, and current or expired safe deposit rentals for her personal bank accounts and for Lashed, 88 Fin, and Blac Chyna Inc.”
Per The Real Blac Chyna star, these subpoenas are an “unwarranted invasion” of her privacy and are unnecessary because she has already turned over several business records as part of the ongoing case.
The legal docs claim:
“Defendants Rob Kardashian and Khloe Kardashian are concurrently waging a meritless, but expensive and highly invasive war against Plaintiff in the Family Law Court in an outrageous and pathetic attempt to take away Chyna’s primary custody of her beautiful and precious daughter Dream.”
Chyna believes:
“[She] has a legitimate and weighty concern that Defendants are trying to improperly obtain Plaintiff’s financial information in this case that they have no legitimate basis to obtain in the Family Law case.”
These newly filed legal docs come shortly after an El Lay area judge denied Rob’s emergency motion to strip his ex of primary custody. The 32-year-old claimed Chyna was a bad mother who did not take care of their 3-year-old, including failing to take care of her hygiene, as well as having strangers present at her home where physical altercations occurred.
Rob was pushing for Chyna to only receive weekend visits with a nanny. Even Khloé, who frequently spends time with Dream, filed a declaration to back up her little bro’s claims. Obviously, his baby momma denied the accusations and accused her reality TV ex of needing a mental health evaluation. Ouch!
