Blake Lively is back in business.
After news broke on Monday that her embattled It Ends With Us costar Justin Baldoni‘s $400 million lawsuit against her had officially been dismissed by Judge Lewis J. Liman, we are now learning how the Gossip Girl star is reacting. And to call it relief might just be the understatement of the century.

Referencing Judge Liman’s decision to toss Baldoni’s countersuit and libel complaint all in one fell swoop, an insider told People on Monday that the 37-year-old actress “cried with relief” upon finding out.
A second source added more about how she and hubby Ryan Reynolds reacted to the surprising news:
“She’s obviously relieved. They both are. She feels vindicated.”
And then a third source revealed the reactions of Blake’s entire team — Ryan, lawyers, publicists, etc. — with this tidbit:
“Everyone is happy.”
Oh, and they ain’t the only outlet to drop insider info!
Over at Us Weekly, yet another source echoed the “relief” and “vindication” points from above while adding more about Blake feeling pride over her big win:
“They feel relief and vindication. Blake is feeling a sense of pride that she continued to use her voice and stand strong and the counterattacks will now no longer be given more air.”
FWIW, Judge Liman did say Baldoni can still amend two of his claims — for breach of implied covenant and tortious interference with contract. If the Wayfarer Productions head wants to go that route, he’ll need to do so in the next two weeks, by June 23. So, Justin’s legal maneuvering may not quite be done yet. But those are the side dishes — the main course has been taken away. So this is unequivocally a huge win for Blake.
