Blake Lively‘s latest stunt with her beauty brand was not well-received!
The 37-year-old actress got slammed online again, this time for enlisting a popular influencer to help promote her hair care line, Blake Brown. Danielle Pheloung posted a video to her social media accounts on Thursday of Blake using her products to do her hair. In it, you see the Gossip Girl alum spraying the social media personality’s blonde locks with different items before styling it — though we use that term loosely.

Blake just ran her fingers through the TikTok star’s hair after she flipped it over, and that’s all. Danielle wrote over the clip:
“POV: Blake Lively transforms your hair in seconds with her magic touch and Blake Brown products”
Watch the video (below):
Blake is putting in the work to try to boost her sales after her drama with Taylor Swift! But is she changing folks’ minds to try her products with her latest tactic? Nope, it seems many have a permanent seat on the hate train!
The video received backlash, as expected when it comes to anything involving Blake amid her lawsuit battle with Justin Baldoni! It seemingly was so bad that Danielle removed the video on TikTok. However, as you can see, she kept it up on Instagram, and the comments are just as brutal! People are bashing Blake, her products, and the collaboration. See the reactions (below):
“Team Justin”
“Scam Lively”
“Danielle seriouslyyyy girl”
“Yes give us nothing”
“Is the transformation in the room with us?”
“This isn’t hitting the way you probably think it is”
“Literally looks the exact same”
“The fact that your hair looks better than Blake’s at the start”
“Yeah this doesn’t make her a good person..”
“Idk how much she paid you but it wasn’t worth it”
“some posts should just stay as drafts…”
“Why cant Blake just stop posting. Take a break. Its trying to hard.”
“Ugh but no. We don’t like her anymore.”
“The PR scramble has begun to make her seem relatable ….”
Yikes!
The last thing Blake needs is more bad PR, especially after she betrayed Taylor! If she hopes to boost her sales, this clearly may not be the way to go!
What are your reactions, Perezcious readers? Do you think Blake needs to step away from the spotlight until her legal battle is over? Sound OFF in the comments!
