Blake Shelton's Dad Dies, Postpones Tour Dates

Blake Shelton delivered some sad news to his fans that his father, Dick Shelton passed away.
As a result, the country singer and The Voice judge postponed some of his concert dates on his Well Lit & Amplified tour so that he can be with his family through this difficult time.
Blake wrote on his website:

“Mr. [Dick] Shelton, who was in declining health this past year, was surrounded by loved ones in Oklahoma upon his passing this evening.
I appreciate your understanding during this difficult time and thank you for all your prayers. Your support means the world to me. I love you guys.”

His shows in Bismark, ND, Rapid City, SD, Bozeman, MT, and Billings, MT that were originally scheduled for this week have been postponed until the end of March.
The rest of his set will resume in Columbus, GA, on January 26.
