Bling Empire: New York star Lynn Ban has passed away. She was just 52.
Her son Sebastian broke the news Wednesay on Instagram, revealing she died on Monday. According to The New York Post, NYPD sources said that her husband, Jett Kain, found her dead in their home in Tribeca at around 1:30 p.m. The cause of death is unknown, but this comes just weeks after she underwent emergency brain surgery following a ski accident.

Back on December 30, Lynn shared with her IG followers that while vacationing in Aspen, Colorado, with her family, she “caught a tip” at the top of the mountain and “face planted.” Although the reality star wore a helmet and did not think it was “bad at the time,” she still got “checked out by ski patrol for a concussion” just in case.
They cleared her. However, she soon developed a headache. Lynn went to the local hospital to get examined again. It was there that doctors discovered a brain bleed and immediately airlifted her to a trauma center, where she had “an emergency craniotomy.” See the post (below):
Scary stuff.
Her recovery seemed to be going OK. But less than a month later, she died. Heartbreaking. Now, the family is mourning this devastating loss. In his post, Sebastian remembered his mom as his “best friend, the best mother to me, and someone who cared for all,” adding:
“She always had a smile on her face even when times were tough during her recovery process. She was a fighter until the end and is the strongest woman I know. She was the funniest and coolest mum I could ever ask for. She took care of me, my dad, and our Entire family throughout her whole life.”
