Bobby Brown could wind up slapped with possession charges next month.
Whitney’s ex-husband is due in a Boston area court on February 19th for a closed-door clerk’s hearing on whether he should be charged with possession of cocaine or not.
The show-cause hearing stems from an incident in Brockton, Mass., on Dec. 1sy.
Authorities were called to a hotel for a report of a disturbance. State police spokesman Sgt. Robert Bousquet said that when state police arrived at the hotel, troopers spoke with Brown, who was outside in a vehicle. Sources said troopers found some drugs at the time and Brown asked the trooper if he could “use discretion” and not charge him.
Slick!!!!!
State police filed paperwork in court, asking a clerk to find there was enough evidence to charge Brown with possession of cocaine.
