Boston Bombing Suspect Confessed To Role In Killings BEFORE Being Read His Miranda Rights!

Oh no… we hope this doesn’t jeopardize the case against him!
Suspected co-conspirator of the Boston attacks Dzhokhar Tsarnaev recently CONFESSED to his and his brother Tamerlan Tsarnaev‘s role in the terror plot and detailed the driving forces behind the horrific incident…
But he did so BEFORE being read his Miranda rights AKA before he was advised by the law of his constitutional right to remain quiet until a lawyer is appointed on his behalf!
After about 16 hours of questioning, a magistrate judge and a representative from the U.S. Attorney’s office reportedly arrived to Tsarnaev’s hospital room and read him his rights, at which time he STOPPED talking to officials.
The question that now remains is IF any of what Dzhokhar Tsarnaev said prior to being informed of his rights as a US citizen will count in a court of law.
But even if his words are deemed unworthy of consideration, it seems it might not matter, because Dzhokhar confessed to a witness AND there is evidence extracted from the scene — specifically a 9 mm handgun and pieces of a remote-control device — that could prove guilt.
Also, because Dzhokhar is considered a “terrorist” and there is much debate on whether terrorists deserve rights at all, the fact that he wasn’t read his rights might not be an issue.
