Many have tried and failed (sorry, Fergie), but Boyz II Men finally gave us the sexy version of the National Anthem we’ve been waiting for.
The R&B trio stole the show when they sang at the top of NFL opener on Thursday night, making millions of viewers swoon with their soulful harmonizing.
The Philadelphia-born performers all wore Eagles jerseys as they took the field in Philly and, for a minute, made fans forget about if players should be kneeling or standing.

The internet was tickled with patriotism over the band’s slow-jam rendition of the Star Spangled Banner; some claimed it was the best version of all time, while others described it to be uncharacteristically “sexy.”
