At the Clinton Global Initiative’s annual meeting, Brad Pitt will be a guest speaker in a lecture discussing the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina, titled Building A Better Future.
The seminar will offer a progress report on the status of New Orleans after being riddled by a natural disaster, plagued by poverty and failed public infrastructure investments.
Bill Clinton‘s organization paired with Pitt’s Make it Right Foundation aims to improve the city through the construction of affordable green housing and sustainable cities in a hopeful partnership with the government, private sector and non-profits.
