Brain Damaged Father Literally Cannot Feel Excitement! You Can't Even Imagine What He's Going Through!

When Matthew Rhodes was hit by a car and sent into a ten-week coma, he awoke speaking gibberish. His brain was severely damaged.
Doctors also told the Army vet that he’d never walk again.
Well, he’s defied the odds, even though his brain is seriously damaged and he’s partially blind!
He’s been able to regain mobility, proving those ratchet-ass doctors wrong! He even met a woman, got married and now has a son and daughter!
But neither his wedding day, nor the birth of his children, could bring him joy.
He said:

“People say that I am very “one level”, especially in my facial expression. I├óΓé¼Γäóm never bothered by much, just very relaxed. I don├óΓé¼Γäót get excited, ecstatic, or desperately sad – I just have one level now. I never had a proper laugh, I├óΓé¼Γäóm just quite nonplussed about things.”

Now that his vision is severely impaired and his right leg is basically useless, he can’t be in the Army. Even though he completed a marathon! (In one day and ten hours.)
He now has a reason to live, though: his kids!
He said:

“My children have given me a reason to live. When I was in the army I travelled all over the world and was always kept busy. After my accident my life completely changed and I could no longer complete my ambition of rising up the ranks in the army. But now I have the kids, it gives me a task to do, a task which will always be there and I├óΓé¼Γäóll always be looking after my children no matter what age they are.”

That’s amazing!
We’re so glad he’s got a new lease on life.
