Brandi Glanville may have found her way of out this crazy lawsuit!
In case you forgot, fellow Bravolebrity Joanna Krupa slapped the former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star with a defamation lawsuit after Brandi gossiped with Andy Cohen that the blonde beauty had an affair with Yolanda Foster’s ex-husband when the two were still married — oh, and that she had a smelly vagina.

However, Miz Glanville is now claiming that this bit of legal drama should be thrown out since the model’s contract with the reality show claims that she’s not allowed to sue her fellow R.H. cast mates. Whoa!
We wouldn’t be shocked if that’s true, since the whole series is about these women fighting with each other. WE KID!
But we wonder if this loophole includes only the city the celebutantes star in, or ALL of the shows involved with the brand?!
Hmm, very inneresting.
Still, Brandi admits that she doesn’t have a hard copy of Joanna’s contract — but since she’s a seasoned vet of the popular franchise, we have a feeling she knows those contracts inside and out!
Nonetheless, it seems the RHOM star’s lawyers are not too concerned by the author’s motion as they’ve dubbed the action as “reaching.” Ouch!
It’ll be inneresting to see how this all plays out in court!
