This is so incredibly sad.
Bret Hart a.k.a. “The Hitman” used to battle in out in the WWE ring as he wrestled opponents and now we has a much more serious and scarier battle to fight — against cancer.

Hart took to Instagram to announce that he has has been diagnosed with prostate cancer and will undergo surgery in the next few days to hopefully rid his body of it.
The former wrestler posted:
While this must be an incredibly difficult time for the 58-year-old and his family, it sounds like the athlete is staying positive.
Though Hart had to retire from the sport in 1999 when he suffered a concussion, he was lucky enough to have an incredibly successful career. Not only did he win the world heavyweight championship five times when the league was know as the WWF, but he also won twice with the WCW.
Aside from his own accomplishments, the Hitman also comes from a famed family as his father Stu Hart wrestled professionally before becoming a trainer. His brother Owen Hart was also a professional wrestler until a tragic accident took his life in 1999.
We know Hart has a of heart and maybe even more fans! We join them in rooting for him to pull though!
