This morning, we posted that Kim Kardashian plans to sue both In Touch Weekly and NFL player Bret Lockett for fabricating a story about her and Bret having an affair while she was dating Kris Humphries.
Kim adamantly denies the story, but Bret has come forward to insist he can PROVE they’ve hooked-up in the past!

Bret claims he has phone records, text messages and very personal cell phone pics of Kim from their supposed time together. So far, he’s made no move to release any of these so-called pics publicly, but he does plan to produce them in court should Kim decide to really pursue a lawsuit against him.
Eh, that sounds like a pretty empty threat to us. If he really had dirt on her, she wouldn’t have decided to go after him along with the magazine.
Why would she purposefully antagonize him to release supposedly private pictures? Why would she put her relationship in further danger?! Nah, not buying.
