Eddie Murphy's Daughter Reveals Modeling Horror Stories! Talks Models Eating Cotton Balls To Stay Thin!

Is it just us or do these glimpses into the inner workings of the modeling industry keep getting worse and worse?
Model Bria Murphy, Eddie Murphy‘s daughter, recently divulged some horror stories of what she’s personally seen and experienced in the fashion world.
And unlike her, it ain’t pretty!
The 23-year-old made her confessions during a segment on Good Morning America, saying:

“Lots of girls get addicted to drugs and anorexia, it├óΓé¼Γäós ├óΓé¼ΓÇ¥ there├óΓé¼Γäós a whole list of things, because it├óΓé¼Γäós a lot of pressure to be perfect. I├óΓé¼Γäóve heard of people eating the cotton balls with the orange juice ├óΓé¼┬ª they dip it in the orange juice and then they eat the cotton balls to help them feel full, because the cotton├óΓé¼Γäós not doing anything. It├óΓé¼Γäós just dissolving. And it makes you think you├óΓé¼Γäóre full, but you├óΓé¼Γäóre not.”

WOW. That is all kinds of messed up!
Bria admitted that the pressure gets to her sometimes as well. She said:

“Oh yeah, absolutely ├óΓé¼┬ª I├óΓé¼Γäóm a small girl naturally, but I can gain weight. And I├óΓé¼Γäóm going through little hormonal changes and my body├óΓé¼Γäós changing and I├óΓé¼Γäóm like, ‘Oh my God, I├óΓé¼Γäóm gaining weight this week, I├óΓé¼Γäóm losing weight next week.’ It├óΓé¼Γäós your job to go into a room ├óΓé¼┬ª and some people will just say no without an explanation, and some will be like, ‘Oh, your nose is too big. Your butt├óΓé¼Γäós too big. Oh, your legs are flabby.’ Like, they├óΓé¼Γäóll just go on you, ‘Oh, you need to tighten that up.'”

We can’t imagine how hard it must be to hear stuff like this day in and day out! But Bria must have steel will because she’s not letting any of that stop her!
She admitted:

“As I got older, I was like, ├óΓé¼╦£Bria, you can├óΓé¼Γäót want to model and not want to be out there in ├óΓé¼ΓÇ¥ be the center of attention. So you├óΓé¼Γäóve got to get over your little fears of putting yourself out there.”

With an attitude like that, we bet she’ll go far!
