These are not the memories one wants to have on their wedding day!
Bride Anna Rogers Murphy and her parents are looking for “actual and punitive damages for negligence and emotional distress” because during the ceremony “a depraved man…stood above the ceremony flashing his genitalia.”
The event happened in Charleston, S.C at a local Doubletree hotel and the hotel staff had promised the wedding organizers that their ceremony of getting hitched would go off without any hitches!
But since the balls were dropped into plain sight, now that Doubletree hotel is getting sued!
While Anna and her parents, who paid $15,000 for the ceremony, sue Doubletree hotel — they have not named the alleged flasher Samuel James Dengal as a defendant in the suit.
Although we’re not sure if the ball spotting occurred during the exchanging of the vows – which would’ve really put a damper on things – the alleged flasher apparently “pressed his genitals against his hotel window” which hotel guests could plainly see from the courtyard below.
Authorities later claimed he actually waved at the wedding guests, as well!
That is totally messed up, and yet to pull off such a grotesque stunt – it does require a lot of…
…Well, balls.
