Leading the aisle is the HIGHlariously crazy Bridesmaids!
Succeeding other Judd Apatow movies like The 40 Year Old Virgin, Superbad and Knocked Up, the smash hit is projected to surpass them as Apatow‘s highest grossing domestic film.
Not only that, Bridesmaids is also on track to take the crown from Sex And The City as the biggest R-rated female driven comedy.
Making $26 million on its opening weekend, the not so typical chick flick (co-written by SNL star Kristin Wiig) has already sky-rocketed to $148.8 mil in only a month and a half! Universal must be very happy.
If you’ve seen it, you understand the numbers. If not, WHAT ARE YOU DOING WITH YOUR LIFE?
