Winning Dancing With the Stars just isn’t her thing.
But she can win a lawsuit!
Guess the judge decided the defamation lawsuit filed by Stephen Hanks was just too he-said/she-said to warrant more time in a court, so he threw it out!
We’ve talked about this one before — starting way back to when Bristol Palin found herself in a verbal sparring match with him at Sunset Blvd’s Saddle Ranch.
Well, that video footage found it’s way on her reality show, Life’s A Tripp, and Stephen just wasn’t gonna take it without a fight. Because he never signed a waiver!!
Unfortunately for Hanks, the judge declared that A&E and Bristol were protected by the First Amendment as no ‘unknown facts’ were disclosed through the footage (she assumed he was gay and used it to fight back, but he already told everyone about his sexuality on his social media accounts).
So now Hanks gets to pay her legal fees. Whomp whomp…
