It’s thisclose to HAPPENING…FOR REALZ, you guys!
As we’re sure you’re all aware, it’s been a tough week with some pretty severe ups and downs for our beloved Britney Spears, who called off her engagement to Jason Trawick, turned back over her $90,000 engagement ring to him, sacked X Factor AND her agency…BUT is still hard at work on a VERY exciting new album and now has MORE than just tentative plans to perform in a mini-residency in Las Vegas!
That’s right!
While we only just heard about the contract negotiations two days ago, sources close to pop sensation have now revealed that at this point, all she has to do is sign on the dotted line and the deal, rumored to be for MORE than $100 million a year, is pretty much set in stone!
Insiders explain:
“The deal is a go. There are several stipulations that could throw a monkey wrench in the deal, but it’s basically done.”
What are those “stipulations,” exactly?
Apparently, there’s been some ongoing discussion over whether or not our Brit Brit will be dedicating her time in Sin City to just a stage performance multiple nights a week, or if she’ll also be contractually obligated to make appearances at functions and parties, on top of that!
But hey! That all sounds like fine-tuning the deets…which means a Britney Vegas Residency will be coming to fruition in NO TIME at all!
And as far as we’re concerned, this couldn’t be a BETTER opportunity for her!
Like we said when she was first offered this type of arrangement back in 2011, Vegas will be the PERFECT place to re-gain her confidence on stage and REALLY start bringing the dance element back to her shows!
Not to mention with her very current personal issues, we think it would probably be very good for her to have something like this keeping her focused and busy!
You’re doing the right thing, gurl…and we couldn’t be more thrilled for what’s to come!
Get ready! 2013 is the YEAR OF THE BRIT BRIT!
