We LOVE this!
It was totally heartbreaking and unbelievable to hear that Britney Spears‘ boyfriend, David Lucado, had cheated on her and even been caught on video doing it.
A video was being shopped of David kissing another woman, and it seems that is when Brit-Brit’s own dad stepped in!
A rep for Jamie Spears has revealed that when he heard about the video, he got in touch with those who were selling it and didn’t hesitate to pay basically whatever they wanted to get it in his hands.
He then told Brit that he had something she needed to see, and when she did see it, it was all the proof she needed to end her relationship with David.
Jamie’s rep added that he bought the video to protect his daughter from any embarrassment the video could cause if it had gone public. He is now placing the vid under lock and key to keep it out of anyone else’s hands.
However, there is the problem of the other woman, who shot the video, as she may have other copies. Unfortunately for her, Jamie would sue for copyright infringement if the woman did release the video.
And considering he paid a substantial amount to get the vid, we’re guessing he’ll pay to make her pay in court if needed.
Love that Brit’s poppa was so protective and prevented this heartbreaking situation from being any worse!
