A judge has ordered Sam Lutfi‘s ENTIRE lawsuit against the Britney Spears and the Spears family be dismissed!
Apparently Britney’s notorious ex-manager/BFF-turned-stalker’s claims that she, Jamie and Lynne Spears committed libel, breach of contract and violently attacked him were real as his chances of becoming Joe Manganiello‘s body double. (Not even kinda real.)
El Lay Superior Court Judge Suzanne Brugera announced her decision today, telling the courtroom:
“I really thought long and hard, so the motions are granted… as to all the defendants and all the causes of action. That is the right thing to do, so I am going to do it.”
Yesterday Brit’s legal team asked the judge to drop Sam’s battery and breach-of-contract claims.
Clearly the honorable Judge was ready to put an end to ALL of Sam “Osama” Lufti’s outrageous claims!
Can’t say we blame her. After weeks of having to listen to Sam’s legal team argue that Britney shaved her head to hide traces of drugs, that the police helped her cover up crystal meth stains and demand retribution for that one time Brit’s dad poked him really hard — we’d be over it too!
Maybe now the X Factor judge can take a break from all the courtroom and FINALLY have that big wedding she has been waiting for!
