Did we all really think we had heard the last of Adnan Ghalib!
Britney Spears one-time beau is speaking out once again to reveal what he claims are deets about the pop princess’ meltdown back in 2007-2008. And it sounds like someone is looking to score another 15 minutes of mediocre fame.
Because the deets he’s dishing are downright sad.
Not only is Adnan claiming Brit-Brit was depressed and left “vacant” due to prescription drugs she was taking, but he’s also claiming she would go without eating or drinking during times when her sons were taken from her.
He explained of Christmas 2007 when Brit couldn’t be with her two boys:
“She couldn├óΓé¼Γäót see her kids and wanted cheering up. So we drove from her Beverly Hills home to her rented mansion in Malibu to get away from the city. But when we went into the living room the sight of the Christmas tree and gifts for the boys just broke her. She couldn├óΓé¼Γäót stop sobbing … She knelt before the tree and started opening the boys├óΓé¼Γäó presents … She looked forlorn as she unwrapped Sean├óΓé¼Γäós truck, then she slumped on the carpet and bawled her eyes out.”
And he also claimed that her staff was pumping her full of pills despite the negative effect they had on her. He revealed:
“It was mainly Adderall which is like legal speed to my mind. She would have dozens of boxes around the house and take them all the time. Staff gave her pills saying, ├óΓé¼╦£Here are your vitamins├óΓé¼Γäó … Within a few minutes her pupils were bulging and she would be wound up and frantic. She would also drink Red Bull all day, as many as 15 cans. She would talk at you for hours. It seemed the substances suppressed her appetite too. All she wanted to eat was Cheetos and Cheez-It crisps. She was going through 40 cigarettes a day. All of sudden, at certain times of day, she├óΓé¼Γäód just stop and crash on the sofa for hours.”
Even more shocking than all this is that Adnan also claims Brit-Brit wanted to QUIT music and settle down with a growing family. She even apparently thought she was pregnant with his child at one point!
He said about her dreams:
“She said, ├óΓé¼╦£I don├óΓé¼Γäót care about the money. I want to be me again, Britney Jean. I love my fans, but I love my boys more├óΓé¼Γäó. One time she said, ├óΓé¼╦£Let├óΓé¼Γäós leave here and move to your home in England.'”
It’s hard to know if any of this is true considering the source. We DO know Brit went through a hard time during those difficult years.
But we also know that Brit is back and better than ever! And she’s clearly loving her time back up on stage!
We just hope all the wrong people who were once in her life are gone for good!
