On Wednesday, Britney Spears announced during her evening performance that she will be extending her Las Vegas residency for two more years. Yassss!
The pop icon later took to Instagram to share her on stage announcement.

She posted:
This is AH-Mazing! Though the announcement may seem impromptu, the starlet teased her decision (below) on Twitter mere hours before her big news.
LOVES it.
The Pretty Girls singer started her residency at the Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino in Sin City back in December 2013. We have a feeling the blonde beauty has wanted to extend this show for awhile now, as the Baby One More Time performer initially added three months of extra shows back in May.
Well, it seems we have some tickets to book. LOLz!
Not only are we excited for Piece Of Me fans everywhere — but we’re so happy for the mother-of-two. It hasn’t always been an easy road for the hitmaker. Miz Spears split from her boyfriend Charlie Ebersol earlier this summer and she hasn’t been afraid to vent her frustrations with men to say the least.
Who needs men, right Brit?! Girl power!
Regardless, we think Britney is 100% KILLING it right now. Keep doing you girl!
