Britney Spears was apparently back in court AGAIN on Friday facing off against Kevin Federline over their ongoing child support payment battle — and from the sounds of it, Brit is NOT backing down!
Federline currently gets about $20,000 per month in child support payments from Britney, though Spears argued in court that this is only the tip of the iceberg.
After all, SHE is the one who pays for private school tutoring, sports and extracurricular activities, electronics and computers, clothing, and phones — and Federline just pays for, what, food and other random stuff when the kids are in his custody?!

The pair has 50/50 custody, too, which means she’s really only paying Kevin $20K every month to take care of the boys half the time.
Plus, according to The Blast, Spears pointed out in court that her payments have been paid on time, every single month, and the money is reasonable enough to take care of the kids with room to spare.
For Federline, though, he argued that he wants to get a house closer to the kids’ school, which costs money, and he’s also facing down $80,000 in legal fees from his personal attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan — with some risk that those fees could keep climbing to above $200,000!
Sounds like a personal problem? LOLz!
Regardless, it really sounds like this support/custody battle could honestly keep going longer, and longer, and longer…
But with Brit making real money now — she’s reportedly made about $15 million per year from her Vegas residency, for one — Kevin may just have his eyes on the prize and keep hoping for more than $20,000 per month…
