According to sources, her new boyfriend Charlie Ebersol had to sign a confidentiality agreement before the two even met! Awww, there’s nothing more romantic than getting your John Hancock on!

Apparently, Brit Brit’s dad insisted that Charlie sign the non-disclosure agreement before they met for lunch, which apparently wasn’t awkward at all for Charlie; he knew that it was a standard practice for anyone entering Britney’s life.
In addition, sources say that although nothing is “serious yet”, all of Britney’s camp likes him a whole lot.
Charlie is apparently taking the NDA seriously, because there happens to be “severe” penalties if he violates it.
