Britney Spears made an appearance this morning On Air With Ryan Seacrest to not only premiere the finished version of the second single from her upcoming album, Femme Fatale, ‘Till The World Ends, but also talked about the two year recording process, recently moving to a new place, her relationship with Jason Trawick, and that she IS, in fact, going on tour in the early summer!
