We don’t know about you, but she was NOT feeling 22…
Britney Spears‘ ninth studio album Glory has only been out for about a month now, and yet we can already tell this is one the best records of her illustrious career.
But we’re not alone in thinking that — because the Princess of Pop herself is liking her music as a 34-year-old MUCH more than what she was releasing during her 20s!
In fact, while sitting down with Lorraine‘s Dan Wootton on Thursday, the mother-of-two went as far as saying while she enjoyed being a teen icon, the mid-2000s were absolutely horrible for her!!!

Luckily, Britney couldn’t be happier with where her life’s at now… but she’s still worried about her 10- and 11-year-old sons Sean Preston and Jayden James turning into teenagers soon.
It’s a good thing they clearly already have a strong mother/son(s) relationship! HA!
Plus, BritBrit basically picked her pop star heir apparent by admitting that Glory was actually inspired in part by Selena Gomez‘s “moody and sexy” vibe! Called it…
Like a fine wine, she’s only getting better with age.
