To amend the classic Mercedes Jones catchphrase: Aw, hell to the YES!!!
So, you know the kids of Glee are going on tour this summer and as of yesterday, you know that if you aren’t fortunate enough to be seeing them live, you’ll still get a chance to see them in theaters as a limited engagement 3-D movie experience is being developed to be released nationwide in August. But now, here is the big question: what will the Gleeks be singing?
Believe us, we’ve had a fantasy setlist drafted up for MONTHS of the songs we want performed live. To name a few, we’ve got our fingers crossed for Lea Michele and Chris Colfer’s Happy Days Are Here Again duet, Darren Criss’ version of Somewhere Only We Know, and literally any song performed by Heather Morris on the Britney Spears episode. Seriously, we’re not picky – we just want to see the girl WORK IT!
Have you ever heard the phrase, “ask you shall receive?” We have received!!!
According to the official release, songs that are DEFINITELY making it into the tour and movie include the Glee cast versions of Don’t Stop Believing, Teenage Dream, Raise Your Glass and, wait for it – I’m A Slave 4 U!!! That means…
HEMO’S GONNA BRING THE HOUSE DOWN!!!
We might be more than just a little excited about that!!! Woo Hoo!!!
Gleeks, are U thrilled? What other songs do U hope they’ll perform on tour???
